Consulting

IFS provides a range of consulting services to both public and private organizations.

Case Consultation

We  review cases for both public and private agencies for the purpose of:

bulletAssessing the quality of work performed
bulletEvaluating the final disposition of a case (e.g. suicide vs. homicide)
bulletDeveloping of additional leads
bulletEstablishing referrals to expert sources

Currently IFS is only accepting cases from private entities that are non-criminal in nature.

Forensic Program Audits

For public service agencies, IFS  provides evaluation and assessment services to examine the quality and effectiveness of the client's forensic program.  Personnel training, work performance, response procedures and equipment needs are professionally critiqued.
