Important Information About Refunds

Imprimus Forensic Services runs hands-on workshop programs where the number of attendees is purposely kept small. We believe that the small size of these workshops is important in allowing us to work closely with students and enhances their learning experience. Because of this, we rely on the count of persons registered in order to decide if a program will run and to accept or decline additional registrations.

The last date to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is 10 days prior to the start of the program. All registrations not cancelled before the deadline date will be billed at the full workshop amount. To cancel and receive a full refund, please notify us in writing (via fax, email, or letter) prior to the deadline date. IFS will issue refunds in a timely manner.

For programs where the registration is handled through the College of Lake County or the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy, please refer to the cancellation policies of those agencies.
